Direct Deposit in Real Time

Hello there,

We are looking at ways to make employee's pay direct deposited in real time though we currently do it thru ACH that takes 1 or 2 days for the money to hit employee's account.

I know for a fact that there is a possibility or option to achieve that even if that entails customization or some middle layer that will act as a secure tunnel/channel to transmit the direct deposit file and then hit the employees' account w/ very minimal or no manual intervention.

I would greatly appreciate if anyone who has done this or w/ knowledge on such an arrangement can share information on this.
