Patching weblogic with opatch - might be hung

Hi,

We are trying to apply a patch to Weblogic 12.1.3.0.0 in Windows, and the updating process has been taking a long time.

We ran opatch appy -report, and there were no errors or warnings, so we ran opatch apply. The patching process started but there has been no status updates for about 90 minutes. The amount of memory for one of the Java Platform SE binaries is increasing, but the other is not, and CPU percent is almost always at 0%. For the Java binary where memory is increasing, CPU occasionally changes, but is usually showing 0%.

Is there anything we can do to determine if the process is running or really is hung?
