IPC Receiver dump detected. Sender instance 2 Receiver pnum 18 ospid 5955 [oracle@NODE1 (SVCB)], pse

Hello I'm facing a lot of IPC messages in both nodes of the RAC. The cluster has 2 nodes with 2 interconnect traffic.

Oracle Database 12.2.0.1.0

Linux RedHat 7.5

On node1 a lot of alert messages each 5 minits:

IPC Receiver dump detected. Sender instance 2 Receiver pnum 18 ospid 5955 [oracle@NODE1 (SVCB)], pser 1

Errors in file /u01/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/NODE/NODE1/trace/NODE1_svcb_5955.trc

All this messages are related to same os_process:

oracle     5955      1  0 May11 ?        00:11:47 ora_svcb_NODE1

On node 2 this alerts logs messajes:

IPC Send timeout detected. Sender: ospid 21348 [oracle@NODE2 (SVCB)]

Process:

oracle    21348      1  0 May08 ?        00:02:24 ora_svcb_NODE2

The service is: SVCB
