Essbase Error (1200601): Not enough memory for formula execution. Set MAXFORMULACACHESIZE

I've got some users which have started to received the error message "Essbase Error (1200601): Not enough memory for formula execution. Set MAXFORMULACACHESIZE configuration parameter to (2911)KB and try again", found MOS Document ID 1521864.1 which basically says to set MAXFORMULACACHESIZE 2048 in the "Essbase.cfg" file, quite simply I cannot find this file, any ideas where it should be?
