IRM prequisites--Siebel IP20 from Siebel IP16

in Siebel System Admin, Install and Upgrade (MOSC) Question

HI Team,

We have upgrading from Siebel IP16 to Siebel IP 20.

while we are upgrading the database by running below command we have got the error:-

srvrupgwiz /m master_upgrep_dev_160.ucf

We have got below error
