New Payee Selection Page PUM 33- Standard Selection Values

We are testing PUM 34 (from PUM 32) and when we ran our first Absence Calc Identify, 0 employees were identified. The new Payee Selection page was empty for the delivered STDRD Payee Selection ID; we added Active and all was well. My question is, what were the statuses that an Absence Calc would include in an identify before this feature was available? Per Peoplebooks, it looks like the "standard" statuses are Active, Leave with Pay, Retired with Pay, and Terminated with Pay. Can anyone confirm this to be true?
