When to run SSO re-registration during EBS upgrade

Hi,

We are upgrading from EBS 12.1.3 to 12.2.9.

When can the SSO re-registration be run? During the 12.1.3 to 12.2.0 upgrade or when patching 12.2.0 to 12.2.9?

As stated in the following note:Best Practices for Minimizing Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2.n Upgrade Downtime (Doc ID 1581549.1)

7.4.5 Parallelize pre and post upgrade technical activities

Where practical, perform technical upgrade tasks in parallel. For example, while the upgrade driver is running on the database, Release 12.2 setups or re-register single sign-on could be performed on the application tiers.
