Contracts for preventive maintenance

in Lease and Finance Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

We are looking to sell the contracts for preventive maintenance.

I understand that I need to define a preventive maintenance program and assign it on a Coverage template.

But I am not sure if I should define it in CMRO, Field Service or eAM.

I am looking to create service request with a return line for the product to return the product in Charge Lines and other details.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
