Generic Error - Sending to End (Terminal) step in a workflow.

Instead of copying an existing design in uDesigner I set about to create my own simple type workflow business process.  I just deployed the process in Stage with no issues and configured it to show up in the project shells I wanted.  I have tested the entire workflow with no issues but as soon as I hit the last step I get this super generic error which is simply a yellow warning sign saying "error".  NO explanation just that.  I had started a line type bp which gave me the exact same error, always at the end step.  Does someone
