Can I use 3rd party's product to backup Databases on ODA via RMAN?

The ODA manual says that you can define "the destination for the database backups, either Internal FRA (Disk) or External FRA (NFS location), or Cloud Object Storage".

I am wondering is it possible to setup a API channel to go to Tivoli, or CommVault, or other 3rd party product?
