Blanket Agreement Expiry Notification

Hello,

The seeded alert for Blanket Notification Expiration is enabled, however, the buyers of the agreement are receiving notification alerts before the expiry.

What could be the reason how to debug this? Appreciate any insight or help.

EBS version is 12.2.7
