AR_PLB_DUP_LB_NUM - Duplicate Lockbox Number

Hi - We are getting an error on our lockbox saying 'Duplicate Lockbox Number' on 5 records on the lockbox file.    We have 2 Type '5' records on the file for 2 different batches and the batch numbers on both these records are different.  Could not find much detail on metalink regarding this error.  Could someone please help, thanks much.
