How to group pick slip by Cost Group (pick slip grouping rules)

We are working on EBS Oracle Applications : 12.2.8 on premise implementation. The customer requirement is to have physical pick slips grouped according to Cost Groups. In WMS Stock is put away into specific Cost Group. In Order management 5 Sales Order type were created to match the 5 inventory Cost Groups. Picking rules reference the used order type in the sales order to Cost group in WMS to select stock to allocate.  The customer has to take each of the 5 order types each month.
