Impact of deleting files and folders under \\FinancialManagement\\FileTransferData\\RunningTasks

Is there any impact (specificially business impact) on deleting the files and folders under?

\\Oracle\\Middleware\\user_projects\\<EPM Oracle Instance>\\products\\FinancialManagement\\FileTransferData\\RunningTasks

It is taking up a lot of disk space and I need to understand the business impact or if there would be any data loss if I proceed with deleting it?

Can someone please guide me through the same?
