Functional Difference between R12.1.3 and R12.2.8

Hello All

We have a requirement to upgrade from R12.1.3 to R12.2.8.

So, we need to identify the core additional functionalities we will get by this upgrade. Can anyone provide the same or any Oracle Link which can be used to identify such differences between 2 version.
