Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Performance - EBS (MOSC)

A Scheduled Concurrent program taking more time on certain days.

One of my client is facing this issue. We have scheduled a concurrent program(report) to run everyday.

On certain days, the program completes in 40-50 seconds. On some days it takes 10-15 minutes.

We do the basic health check of the servers everyday, and do not find any abnormalities in the server.

Need help on understanding the parameters to monitor for this performance issue...
