Can You Lockdown Parameters For Different Organisations??

Hi, basically we have multiple organisations on our system and a report that with parameters for a set of payrolls.

Is there anyway to give this report to an organisation and lockdown the parameters to only show certain payrolls / parameter choices?

The parameters are driven from an sql (Validation table info). I have tried giving the job to the organisation with the responsibilities security set to only that org, but they can still run the report for all payrolls.

I have created a new request with only the organisations payrolls as choices, but the output / layout section is greyed out so stuck there.
