Transfer of Assets Between OU's in R12

Hi,

Is there a easy way to easily Transfer the Assets between 2 Operating Units within the same Legal entity.

we have Multiple FA Corp Books under the same Legal Entity, and we need to transfer the Bulk of Assets from OU1 ( Corp Books 1)  to another OU2( Corp Book 2)

Please suggest the best approach for doing this.
