Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Warranty duration change

Hi Team,

We have an existing warranty item setup with UOM as year, our customer wants to give the warranty for 13 months for the same item.

Can you please assist how this can be achieved. Is it enough to change the duration on service tab to 13 months from 1 year?
