Create ADR rule to replace default segment value with value entered in Transaction Information Descr

We have a business requirement to replace the cost center value defaulted from customer site to a cost center from transaction  “Transaction Information Flexfield Attribute 1” field.

Need assistance with how to set up mapping and Account Derivation Rule.
