Wanted to get the report file attach to REQAPPRV - workflow notification seen in mailer

Dear Community,

May I ask what is the report file name attach to email workflow notification as PR details for Approver's reference prior he/she approves/rejects the PR.

Need the file to check how we can add the Account Description as part in the email notification because most of the approvers wanted to verify the charges and these can only be verified by displaying the description.

does anybody knows this please?
