Oracle Enterprise Manager 13.4 Install Doc for Windows

Hello All. 

I'm in the process of planning an OEM 13.4 install on Windows 2016 Server and can't find any Windows-specific

install doc on the Support site.

Here's the closest I've come..see link below..but it's Linux/Unix only no Windows doc.

Having gone through a 13.3 OEM install on Windows I've been through the problems of doing so with no

coherent documentation for Windows...all the doc is Linux/Unix-centric (may be missing something).

Didn't want to open a technical SR for a documentation request but may have to do so.
