How to cancel a sales order that interfaced from Service Charges

Hello,

We have been using for many years the process where a Shipping line and a Return line lines are interfaced to Order Management from Service request charges.

Now we  a new requirement to have the ability to  Cancel  from the Original service request , the shipping order and/or the Return Order that was originated  from Service.

Does this functionality exist ?  Where can  I find documentation?
