How can we undo the annual close of 2021 for PA ledger type

when clearing PO commitments using the PRR process, when running the annual close  the processing option for Year was given a range of 17 to 20 instead of 17 to 19, so now it created a record for 2021 for PA ledger type. the Purchasing tables do not have any open amounts however since the JSI reads the F0902 the PA commitments are still showing as outstanding can you please help... thank you
