awrrpt.sql offline report - blank interactive section in 18c

Hi all,

we are using awrrpt.sql to generate report about night batch processing. In 12.2 interactive part works fine - it allows us to show some problems in easy way. After upgrade to 18c extracted reports also contains this part but is blank.

And "non-interactive" part has structure as usual.

please help
