Simulating Update Conflict programmatically for Streams

Hello,

I got to work on a custom update conflict resolution handler in a 2-way master to master Streams replication environment (Oarcle 18c).

Is there an easy way in Streams (or PL/SQL in general) to simulate an update conflict event programmatically for a given single table ?
