Hi Team,

One of the user getting the error like "a service request with this number already exist. Please enter another number" while creating or updating the existing SR.

As per the note 344111.1 ,  Group Name/ Owner name filled correctly. Tried in non-prod with same user details and  worked fine.

what else to check in prod?

Please help me on priority.
