What are the Pros and Cons of IR-ISO and Dropship Cycle

Hello All

We need to evaluate the Pros and Cons of IR-ISO and Dropship Cycle in our Organization.

Business Case - We have 2 Legal Entities which are physically located at 1 place. Now, we want to procure items in LE2 from LE1 and ship out to customers.

So, to initiate these transactions of material movement between these 2 orgs - We need to evaluate the Pros and Cons of IR-ISO (Bringing Part in LE2 from LE1 using IR-ISO and then shipping to customer) and Dropship Cycle (Directly asking LE1 to ship the part to customer).
