Move OEM application scheduled jobs from 12c to 13c

We are running on Linux and will be upgrading OEM from 12.1.0.4 to 13.2.0.0.0.  The Systems DBA will have a separate install of OEM 13.2 (with associated OMS and other components. 

Can anyone suggest the best way to migrate the existing application scheduler jobs from 12c to 13c?  We’d like to keep the history.
