Oracle BI Publisher add-ins for word 16 office 365 and 11.5.10.2 Oracle Financials

Durham University are currently on 11.5.10.2 Oracle Financials and we are wanting to create BIP reports. We are currently on Office 365 Word 2016. We are on Oracle BI Publisher Template Builder for word 10.1.3.4 and we are getting Error “The file format and extension of FNDWRR.xls don’t match. What version of Oracle BI Publisher Template Builder for word should we be on and where do I down load the add-ins?
