Management Services and Repository showing status down (when up)

Hi all !

Gridcontrol 13.3 (Linux)

After OMR(Dataguard) switchover DBI connect string's not being updated ... tries to connect to standby and getting error (and status is "down"):

DBI connect('(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS_LIST=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=host1-scan)(PORT=1521)))(LOAD_BALANCE=ON)(CONNECT_DATA=(SERVICE_NAME=emrep3p)))','MGMT_VIEW',...) failed: ORA-01033: ORACLE initialization or shutdown in progress (DBD ERROR: OCISessionBegin) at /u01/app/agent/agent_13.3.0.0.0/plugins/oracle.sysman.emrep.agent.plugin_13.3.0.0.0/scripts/oms_parameters.pl line 44

Checked the "Monitor Configuration" on target "Management and reposittory" and tried to update the string but this does not help !?
