Oracle Quotation creation fails without error message

Hi ,

I am trying to create the Quotation by using the aso_quote_pub.Create_Quote. Passed all the required parameters.

called the API form ananymas block. The API returns statatus as E , but it does not returns X_Msg_Count and X_Msg_Data

what could be the reason , Its printing below message in the output

no. of FND messages :0

E

0

qte_header_id: 9.990000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000E+125

end

Any help is appreciatded.
