I am facing error ORA-29273: HTTP request failed at line 380 and 1148

I am facing error ORA-29273: HTTP request failed at line 380 and 1148 when executing utl_http.begin_request. There is no problem when I added googleapi certificates into wallet. My procedure ran fine and I received response. But the problem is occurring with amazon certificates. Do I have to install all the certificates in the chain- root and root of root? Is it a certificate related issue or it could be something else.
