California TOTAL HOURS WORKED on wage statements - Question

Did Oracle deliver the California TOTAL HOURS WORKED on wage statements change (PS 9.2 Patch number 30489787) so that it would print only on the ESS PDF version of the wage statements online? Or did they also deliver the change to print on the actual printed version of the wage statements too (that the employee cashes at the bank)? When looking at the PAY003 and DDP003, there doesn't appear to be any code addressing the CA Total Hours Worked field for the printed version of the wage statements (advices/checks) that are NOT Self Service.
