Why are the peoplebooks PUM33 not up to date?

The Benefit Program Table - Plan Type and Option page does not have the Self-Service Configuration / Additional Summary Configuration section documented. I would like to know the impacts of this configuration. We are upgrading to PUM33 from 27 and this is new. Peoplebooks PUM33
