Inventory : Question on Material Picking feedback

Hi,

We have an issue with couple of Pick Batch IDs. When we try to confirm using the Material Picking feeback online page. Enter the Business Unit and Search to select the batch ID. The following error appears. Based on our review things all seems ok but we may missing something. Any idea why this may occur. There is no process running. We have compared the in demand entries with other batch ID which is good and nothing seems to be out of ordinary.
