Windows Database Bundle Patch : 19.5.0.0.191015 (30151705)

Hi Community,

Excuse my basic question, but I am a Solaris Oracle Database Administrator working on a Microsoft Oracle 19c Database running on a "Microsoft Windows Server 2019 Standard" server.  Performing an ".\OPatch.exe lsinv", shows that I have

Windows Database Bundle Patch : 19.5.0.0.191015 (30151705) installed.

My query is related to the release of this Bundle and what appears to be no further patch releases for 19.5.0.0.

Is my patch query wrong?
Filter: Product is Oracle Database - Standard Edition; Release is one of Oracle Database 19.0.0.0.0, Oracle Database 19.3.0.0.0, Oracle Database 19.4.0.0.0, Oracle Database 19.5.0.0.0, Oracle Database 19.5.0.0.191015 WINDBBP, Oracle Database 19.6.0.0.0; Platform is Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit); Show recommended patches only is True;
