EPRCS Review Phase Service error occured

Hi everyone,

Hope everyone is doing well in this Corona lockdown period.

Did anyone faced below error issue while starting the review cycle in review phase of a word report package in EPRCS?

Error: A service error has occurred. Select "Provide Feedback" and contact Oracle Support. Reference: 14ad8035-7e4b-4191-88f9-2ca611906e0d

Kindly help me out.
