E1 42 After ship confirm credit orders the item availability calculation is wrong

Hi experts

Our customer is working on JDE 9.2 with dual lot controlled items  and they have following issue:

After ship confirm lots in credit orders the availability calculation is wrong.

I have attached pictures that shows the availability before and after.

1. Picture 1 shows the availability after the sale and before entering credit order.

2. Picture 2 shows the availability after entering the credit order, but before ship confirm the return.

3. Picture 3 shows the availability after the return was confirmed.

I want to know if someone else have a similar issue and how to correct it.
