Solaris 11.4 PKG Repository - Missing Packages after Updating Local Package Mirror

Solaris 11.4 IPS Package Repository has been working fine for months now failing.

The mirror did its usual automatic thing via the services to update my local IPS repository on 21st May and now its having issues with missing packages - and causing HTTP 404 errors, when doing dry-run update, with pkg update -nv

  http protocol error: Unknown error code: 404 reason: Not Found

URL: 'http://unix-repository01:80/solaris/file/1/f2369f873471d48301926056b8369e399ae50299' (happened 4 times)

If I check the available packages it sees things, but it not happy as it thinks there are missing packages.

It show that the version of latest entire in the repository is 11.4-11.4.21.0.1.69.0.
