Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Difference between the two downloads of 19c client for Win 32bit

Hi Gurus,

I need to install oracle 19c 32bit client for windows. So I downloaded from this link:

https://www.oracle.com/database/technologies/oracle19c-windows-downloads.html

Almost all clients have two files to download, like in my case:

NT_193000_client_home.zip

NT_193000_client.zip

So I am confuse, which one should I use.
