credentials could not be validated from message or from configuration file bssv error

Hi

I followed the guide to deploy and test a business service locally. I am using JDE 9.2 with weblogic 12.x , but I am getting the above error while running in Soap UI.

I tried checking multiple documents but it led to no luck. Please advise on how to resolve this.

Also got this from the Integrated server

com.jdedwards.system.connector.dynamic.ServerFailureException:   Exception occurred while validating role and/or environment in Java Connector Login method:[DATA_SOURCE_NOT_FOUND] Data source for F00950, TBLE not found. ([DATABASE_CONNECT_FAILED] Database Connection failed for DataSource System - 920.)
