Oracle Database - 12cR2 Server Migration

HI Team,

We are preparing to upgrade from Win-2012 to Win-2016. We are not performing an in-place upgrade and hence will have to  install all the oracle binaries on the new host and then duplicate the database using RMAN to the new host to start with.

We are on Oracle version-12.2.0.1.

I would like to know on how to handle the patches applied on my existing Win-2012 server when we migrate to Win-2016. I remember that the client has applied only CPU's and few PSU's.

Also, Could you please share any pointers for this server migration. Also, any performance improvement for Oracle Database - 12cR2  on Win-2016?
