HI Team,

We are preparing to upgrade from Win-2012 to Win-2016.

We are on Oracle version-12.2.0.1.

We are not performing an in-place upgrade of windows OS and hence will have to  install all the oracle binaries on the new host and then duplicate the database using RMAN to the new host to start with. Please suggest if any better ways of doing this if any.

Kindly provide steps and scripts for the same.
