Categories created by INV_ITEM_CATEGORY_PUB.Create_Category is not appearing on supplier page

Hi All,

I am loading categories by using INV_ITEM_CATEGORY_PUB.Create_Category API. When the category is loaded in front end I can see category created and 'Viewable by Supplier' check box checked. But still the category is not appearing on supplier page.

And When I manually create category then it is appearing on supplier page.

I checked in view MTL_CATEGORIES_V and found the value is different for manual and API.

Can you please help me , I want the categories to be appearing on Supplier page when Category is created via API.
