Business function to disable the ok button

Hi,

I have develop the customize application to approve the certain type of transactions and it's working fine, I have to incorporate that system should allow approval of transaction only if transaction contains attachment, if attachment is missing system should disable the approve button.

Is there any business function to achieve this?
