Flat rate range for voluntary Life Plans

how can I setup flat rate increment options for life insurance plans in PS  9.2 (PUM33). Is there a delivered way to setup incremental? For example, Setup Supp Life plan with flat amount range of 10K (min) to 500K (max) with 10K incremental? I understand that coverage can be setup at employee level for coverage amount input but I am trying to research if there is a way to configure it at plan level without having to setup plan for each option? Oracle HCM cloud provide a flat range option but I son't see any such option within Ben Admin
