Email alignment format issue

Hi Team,

JDE email template is coming in plain format i.e Lines without alignment.

PFA. - screenshot for with and without alignment.

Only change TR upgarde. - from 9.2.2.2 to 9.2.4.1

Post TR upgrade new email template message showing up without alignment however pre TR (old email template) is coming up fine.

Kindly assist.
