Receipts Without Sites Report shows reversed receipts

Hi,

Please help us on the below issue.

We want to have a report to have the identified receipts and when we use Receipts Without Sites Report we found that the the report Receipts Without Sites Report shows reversed receipts.

Is that right or it must be excluded.
