After EBS 12.2.9 upgrade, Load Balnacer URL is not wokring

After EBS 12.2.9 upgrade, Load Balancer URL is not working. We have succesfully upgrade EBS 12.2.3 to 12.2.9 and physical host URL is working fine. Everything looks good. After all the checks i have configured LB ( same LB used in  12.1.3 ) with SSL termination at LB level. Then onwards we are not able to access the EBS login page. I have followed the Metalink Note: Enabling SSL or TLS in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 (Doc ID 2143101.1) Note: Instead of importing the certificates i have copied the certs from 12.1.3 instance to 12.2.9 and completed the setup in 12.2 Could you please help us on figuring out the solution.
